Characteristics : Our latest project. Still a Syrah, made up of the vineyards now older, once intended to Borgo. Autonomy of expression and rich shades in substance.The fruit is more vital and natural, with a classic fruity feeling from raspberry to red currant with pepper and balsamic gusts. Tasty in the mouth and well-balanced, this wine has a young spirit but is firmly as substance.

Fermentation: in steel tanks for about 15 days.
Aging: 22 mesi in legno usato tra barriques e botti da 32 hl ; assemblaggio e affinamento in acciaio per6 mesi.
