Alcohol : 11% vol.
Characteristics : The color is pale straw yellow with green notes.  The bouquet is delicate.  The taste has a fruity, fresh flavour with a pleasant acidity.  Vinification process: soft pressing of the grapes, followed by a second fermentation in steel tank.
Food matching : Ideal with aperitifs, appetizers, fish and shellfish; to be combined with desserts and fresh salads,  Ideal for all meals.
