Characteristics : Fontarca comes only from grapes Viognier selected in the oldest vineyard, planted in 1991. Elegant, assuredly deep, intense, with a great ageing potential. It has sea rocks, marine fossils, shells, fleur de sel and medical herbs, anise, rosemary, Salina’s capers.

Fermentation: tina troncoconica di rovere francese da 20 hl.
Aging: 18 months in 20 liters oak and chestnut barrels.
