Grape : Syrah
Alcohol : 13% vol.
Characteristics : A Syrah ready to drink originating from younger vines, a wine with ageing potential of at least 5-6 years. Deep shiny red; fragrant brushwood nose; blackberry, balsamic and spicy notes, licorice root (reglisse), silky tannins and fresh length.
Food matching : On the palate it is silky, fresh, crunchy and with great persistence.
Serving at 18°C
Vines training system: spur cordon
Fermentation: in steel tanks for about 15 days.
Aging:12 months in concrete vat and used barrels if needed; 8 months bottle aging.
Soil composition: white clay
